3 days, maximum six months
30 per cent down payment by bank transfer within 10 days of receiving booking confirmation. The remaining amount is to be paid in cash on the spot. A definite booking needs to be done by e-mail. With the booking confirmation the booking is finalised and binding.

Please remember to tell your bank not to apply fees for the receiver.
Up to 3 months before the arrival date no cancellation fee; up to 1 month before the arrival date 40 per cent of the overall arrangement price; up to 2 weeks before the arrival date 70 per cent of the overall arrangement price; later than that 100 per cent of the overall arrangement price. If there is no prior and timely written cancellation, the complete price will be charged.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance.
€ 500 (to be paid on arrival, returned on handing over keys on day of departure)
€ 60; on request we are also happy to arrange for the apartment to be cleaned during your stay (€ 40/cleaning).
Check-In / Check-Out
On the day of arrival the apartment is ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. Please inform us of your estimated time of arrival several days in advance. The handing over of the keys takes place by individual arrangement. On the day of departure, please clear the apartment by 10 a.m. On arrival you will be handed the keys to the apartment. Please never give the keys to anyone else. Loss of the keys must be immediately reported to the landlord and incurs cost of replacement.
Please take note that our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. This also applies to the staircase.
Pets are accepted in the apartment only after prior arrangement. Your darlings have to be well-behaved and insured. We hope you understand that you will be held responsible for any damages caused.
Guests are asked to respect our rest time (10 p.m. until 7 a.m.) and avoid excessive noise.
By sending us a booking request via the online form, your data (desired booking period, name and e-mail) will be transferred to our online database and will be stored there. This is for booking processing. Your data will in no case be passed on to third parties without direct inquiry. By sending the online booking request, you give us your consent to save the data you provided until further notice.
The landlord is not liable for:
- the valuables of guests
- any type of disturbances and changes in or the prevention of the tenant’s stay due to unforeseeable and/or unavoidable events
- disruptions due to the activities of third parties, e.g. municipal, state or federal authorities; this includes noise pollution from building or renovation activities in the vicinity of the apartment
- injuries of the tenant sustained during the stay in the rented apartment
- loss or theft of and damage to personal property or the tenant’s vehicle
- disruption of utility supply (water and electricity)
Under certain circumstances it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the apartment without the guest’s knowledge. Thank you for your understanding.
In case of a repeated violation of the terms of lease the landlord has the right to unilaterally cancel the lease and the guest immediately has to leave the apartment. There is no entitlement to a refund of rent in such a case. In case of a short-term breakdown of fixtures, of public utilities or due to force majeure there is no entitlement to a reduction of rent. Deficiencies in the apartment must be immediately brought to the landlord’s attention and the guest has to allow the landlord a reasonable period of time to remove the deficiencies. Later reclamations will not be accepted and are no cause for a refund.
In individual cases there are slight discrepancies between the house rules and the General Terms & Conditions. In these cases the house rules apply.
